Some platform or enterprise features may require registration. Our current consumer mobile apps, including HomeKeep Checklist Version 1.0, do not require account creation.
2. Mobile Applications
HomeKeep Checklist is a home maintenance record and reminder tool. It does not provide repair advice, safety inspection advice, or equipment manual guidance. It does not replace licensed professionals or manufacturer instructions. You are solely responsible for any maintenance actions you choose to perform.
Mobile app data may be stored locally on your device unless a future version explicitly states otherwise.
3. Intellectual Property
The Services and their contents are owned by ECHO45 ADVISORS LLC or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the Services except as permitted by law or with our prior written consent.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Using the Services in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the site or interfere with others' use.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the Services, servers, or connected systems.
- Using automated means to access the Services for unauthorized scraping, monitoring, or copying.
