1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the ECHO45 ADVISORS LLC website, mobile applications, app support services, contact forms, and related digital services that link to this policy.

Some of our mobile applications are designed to work locally on the user's device. Where an app has a more specific privacy notice, that app-specific notice will apply in addition to this policy.

HomeKeep Checklist (com.homekeep.checklist)

The following section describes HomeKeep Checklist Version 1.0 specifically. HomeKeep Checklist is a home maintenance checklist app for users in the United States and United Kingdom. The app does not require an account, does not use advertising SDKs or analytics SDKs, and stores tasks, reminders, notes, and completion history locally on the device. Network access is not required for core features.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Voluntarily Provide

When you contact us through our website or by email, we may receive information such as your name, email address, company name, role, message content, and support request details.

Website Technical Information

Our website hosting and security systems may process standard technical information, such as IP address, browser type, pages visited, date and time of access, and basic server logs. This information is used to operate, secure, and maintain the website.

Website only: This website technical information applies to visitors of echo45advisors.top only. HomeKeep Checklist does not collect IP addresses, browser information, or server-side usage logs through the app.

Mobile App Local Data

For mobile applications that provide task, reminder, checklist, or similar local features, user-entered data such as tasks, notes, completion records, reminder times, and app settings may be stored locally on the user's device.

Local-first app design: Unless specifically stated in an app or voluntarily provided by the user for support, this local app data is not uploaded to our servers by the app.

3. Mobile App Permissions and System Capabilities

The following disclosures describe how HomeKeep Checklist and our other current offline task or reminder-style mobile applications may use Android system capabilities. Several items below are system capabilities or components, not sensitive runtime permissions. These capabilities are used for local app functionality, not for tracking or advertising.

Capability Implementation Purpose
Notification permission (Android 13+) POST_NOTIFICATIONS Requested only when you choose to enable task reminders. Used solely to display local maintenance reminders on your device.
Local reminders AlarmManager and ReminderReceiver Trigger task reminders locally on the device when a configured reminder time is reached.
Notification channel NotificationChannel Create a local notification channel such as "Task Reminders" so reminders can be displayed according to Android system rules.
Boot completed handling BootReceiver Restore previously configured local reminders after the device is restarted.
Local storage Room and DataStore Store tasks, completion records, and app settings locally on the user's device.
System notification settings link Settings.ACTION_APP_NOTIFICATION_SETTINGS Help users open the device's system notification settings for the app. This is a settings shortcut and is not a data collection permission.
System or Google backup android:allowBackup="true" If the user has enabled device or Google backup, app data may be backed up to the user's personal account depending on Android system settings. This is controlled by the user and the operating system, not by active upload from the app.

Notifications on Android 13 and Above

If you enable reminders, the app may request the POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission. This permission is requested only when you choose to enable reminders. Notifications are used only to display local task reminders on your device. You may refuse the permission, but reminders may not appear until notifications are enabled again in system settings.

Boot Completed

The app may listen for device restart events only to restore reminder schedules that were already configured locally. This process does not send data to our servers.

Local Reminders

The app may use the Android system alarm service to trigger reminders at the time selected on the device. This local reminder feature does not require network access.

Local Storage

Tasks, notes, completion records, and app settings are stored on the device. Users may clear app data through device settings, use in-app data clearing options where available, or uninstall the app to remove local app data from the device.

4. Information We Do Not Collect in Our Current Offline Mobile Apps

For our current offline mobile apps that do not include networking, advertising, analytics, login, payment, or cloud sync features, the app does not collect or upload user data through the app.

  • We do not use the Android INTERNET permission in these offline apps.
  • We do not collect precise or approximate location data.
  • We do not access the camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, phone, calendar, biometric data, or activity recognition data.
  • We do not access external storage, photos, media files, or general file storage through permissions such as READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE, or media read permissions.
  • We do not collect device advertising IDs or use them for advertising or tracking.
  • We do not collect crash logs, diagnostic data, or app usage analytics through third-party crash reporting or analytics SDKs such as Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Analytics, Google Analytics, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Branch.
  • We do not require users to create an account.
  • We do not collect financial information or payment information in these offline apps.
  • We do not sell users' personal information.

5. How We Use Information

We use information only for appropriate business, product, support, and legal purposes, including:

  • To provide, operate, and maintain our website and services.
  • To respond to user inquiries, support requests, or business communications.
  • To display local app reminders and maintain local app settings where applicable.
  • To operate local app features on the device without collecting or uploading app usage data through third-party tracking SDKs.
  • To maintain security, prevent abuse, and comply with legal obligations.

6. How We Share Information

We do not sell users' personal information.

For our current offline mobile apps described above, we do not share personal data with third-party advertising, analytics, or tracking providers because those apps do not use those SDKs.

For website and business communications, we may share information with service providers that help us operate the website, process email communications, provide hosting, or maintain security. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights and users.

7. Advertising and Analytics

Our current offline mobile apps described in this policy do not use third-party advertising SDKs, do not display personalized ads, do not use analytics SDKs, do not use crash reporting SDKs, and do not use tracking SDKs.

If a future version of an app adds advertising, analytics, crash reporting, login, cloud sync, payment, or other third-party SDKs, we will review the data practices, update this Privacy Policy, and update any required app store data disclosures before or when those features are introduced.

8. Data Storage and Retention

User-entered data in our current offline mobile apps is stored locally on the user's device. We do not have access to this local data unless the user voluntarily provides it to us for support purposes.

For HomeKeep Checklist, you can delete local app data by using Settings → Clear Local Data in the app, by clearing app data in your device settings, or by uninstalling the app. Clearing local data removes tasks, reminders, notes, and completion history stored on that device.

Users can delete local app data from other offline apps by using in-app deletion tools where available, clearing app data in device settings, or uninstalling the app. If Android or Google backup is enabled on the user's device, some app data may be backed up to the user's personal account depending on system settings.

Website contact and support information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to the inquiry, maintain business records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal obligations.

9. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect user information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. User Rights and Choices

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or withdrawal of consent for personal information that we maintain about you.

For local app data stored on your device, you can delete the data by using Settings → Clear Local Data in HomeKeep Checklist, clearing app data in device settings, or uninstalling the app. For website or support information, you may contact us using the email address below.

11. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, including children covered by the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

12. International Data Transfers

For website, contact, and support information, user information may be processed in countries or regions other than the user's country of residence, where data protection laws may differ. Our current offline mobile apps do not actively transmit locally stored app data to our servers.

14. Policy Updates

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website, apps, or services after an update means the updated policy applies.
